The clubhouse provides a perfect place for your next birthday party, bunco night, baby shower, or family gathering.

Please review and print the Clubhouse Rental Contract. Turn it in with your deposit and rental fee. You can not utilize the clubhouse without it. 
DEPOSIT: $100.00 (shredded upon clean inspection)
RENTAL FEE: $75.00/4 Hour
$18.75/additional hour




If you do not obtain your tags on one of the dates listed below, you will be charged an appointment fee of $10.00 to obtain your tags.

 Pool tags will NOT be automatically be updated this year when your assessments are paid.  Please attend one of the scheduled dates  to obtain your pool tags. Please bring a current photo of each member of your household. These pictures will be kept. If you are a renter, you must bring a copy of your lease agreement or a current electric bill showing your name and property address. You must also provide your landlord’s name and phone number.

Pool tags were issued April -June 2021. No more pool tags will be issued this pool season, unless you are a new homeowner.

Homeowners in Meadowlake Village subdivision have plenty of amenities to choose from. The Common Areas include a Clubhouse, basketball court, tennis courts, 13 ft. deep swimming pool with a water slide,  baby pool, playground, pavilion, and a 1/4 of a mile walking track with fitness equipment. There is something for everyone in the family to enjoy!  The Clubhouse and Pool are also available to members only for private rental. See below for more information.

The pool can be rented during regular or after hours.
 LIFEGUARDS: $20.00 per hour

After hours: 25 guests; 2 lifeguards 50 guests; 3 lifeguards
If you have more than 50 guests, you will need 1
additional lifeguard per 25 people.


To obtain keys to the tennis court, please call 713-806-5648. Please follow rules posted on the fence of the tennis courts.


Meadowlake Village Homeowners' Association


You must sign a waiver for each person who uses the pool. Use of the pool and its facilities is at your discretion. Please use caution and swim at your own risk.  The danger of exposure to the corona virus that causes COVID-19 exists.

Each swimmer must have a signed waiver on file to enter the pool area.
Waivers for swimmers under the age of 17 years old must be signed by a parent or guardian.

Only 40 members will be allowed at the pool at any given time. Two guests per household.
You must reserve a time slot to swim. No walk-ins allowed.  If you do not have a reservation, you will not be permitted to enter.

Each resident will be allowed one time slot per day for 2.0 hours of swim time.

When reserving slots, you must reserve a slot for every member that will enter the pool area. Anyone who enters the pool area, must have a reservation no matter the age or intent to swim.
You must reserve a time to swim. 

Each Monday the following week’s time slots will open up for reservations.  Please do not reserve time slots if you don’t intend to use them. With limited time slots please be mindful of others. If you fail to make use of your reservation more than 3 times, you will not be able to reserve a time slot for 2 weeks.
